It’s only been a matter of weeks since Bellway put up the for sale signs at its new Parkside development in Seacroft, but already it’s been hailed a runaway success – with seven homes already sold and the sales team still not on site.

Paula Murdoch, Bellway Yorkshire’s sales manager, said: “It’s been absolutely astonishing. We put the Now Selling boards up and virtually straight away the phone started ringing at the sales office in our Acorn Park development down the road in Gipton.

“Of course, we already knew interest in Parkside was going to be high because of the numbers who had registered an initial interest, but we really weren’t anticipating selling so many homes so quickly – and certainly not when Pauline and her team were handling sales from nearly two miles away!”

Located just off South Parkway in Seacroft, Parkside will comprise an impressive selection of two, three and four bedroom homes and two bedroom apartments, all boasting modern quality specifications – including Roca sanitary ware and contemporary Symphony kitchens.

Amongst the house types featured on the site are two bedroom Pendles, which proved exceptionally popular at nearby Acorn Park, two bedroom Bardale apartments, and a wide variety of three bedroom options including Arncliffes and Thorpes.

“All of the homes on Parkside are tried, tested and popular,” continued Paula. “And they all reflect our vision for modern day living, with flexible living space, spacious bedrooms and modern kitchens fitted with an integrated Zanussi oven, hob and hood.”

Prices on Parkside range from £89,995 for a two bedroom Bardale apartment to £154,995 for the Staveley – a four bedroom semi-detached house. A new show home is scheduled to open in January, with potential buyers currently able to reserve off plan, and benefit from pre-show home prices and the inclusion of carpets and vinyl for all reservations taken during October.

“Given the speed at which the homes we’ve released are selling, people really should come and take a look at their earliest opportunity – otherwise they may well face missing out.”
