The birth of a beautiful daughter and a dream house move gave a family from Morley double cause for celebration.

Katie and Mark Jones and their two young sons moved just days after baby Lucy was born, having successfully sold their previous property on Rooms Fold, also in Morley through their local branch of multiple award winning estate agent Manning Stainton.

It was a case of new beginnings all round for the family and it was all down to a slick sales team from one of Leeds’s most successful and most respected estate agents, Manning Stainton.

“Thanks to the help of Diane Sellars and the team at Manning Stainton the sale of our house was one less thing to worry about during the later stages of my pregnancy,” said a joyful Katie, who praised the staff for their professionalism and dedication over and above the call of duty.

“She was fabulous from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Her communication in particular was exceptional, meaning whenever I was promised an update I received one.”

Katie added: “The highest compliment I can pay Manning Stainton is that I would recommend them 110 per cent to anybody looking to put their house on the market.”

Diane, who caught up with the family, including new arrival Lucy, at their new home on Springfield Road in Morley said: “Having a baby and moving house are two of the most stressful things you can do, so to tackle them at the same time must have been extremely daunting.

“I am thrilled to bits that our experience in helping people move allowed Katie and Mark to focus on the birth of their daughter, knowing that every aspect of the house sale was completely under control.”
