The first phase of a major new residential scheme in Leeds city centre has been completed.
Tate House in the vibrant Northern Quarter of the city has proved extremely popular since first coming onto the market, with 75 per cent of apartments already sold.
Developer JM Construction is holding an open evening on Thursday, May 19 from 4.30pm to 7pm for potential buyers who would like to view the remaining apartments.
The former headquarters of Tate Cars on New York Road, off North Street, has undergone a major transformation to provide a choice of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Each property offers spacious accommodation and a superb specification, which includes a range of integrated kitchen appliances, a modern bathroom suite and engineered wood flooring to the main living areas. The two and three bedroom apartments include an en-suite.
Nina Barker, sales manager at the Leeds office of selling agent JLL said: “Tate House is a dream development for anyone looking to make the most of city centre living. Not only are the apartments of the highest quality but the location means you are in walking distance of all that Leeds has to offer. The train station is easily accessible, as is the inner ring road, which also makes it ideal for commuters.
“The open evening is the perfect chance for potential buyers to see the finished product first hand.”
Prices start at £179,000 and the developer is offering incentives for any reservations made at the May 19 event. Details of the second phase, comprising 14 duplex penthouses, will also be available on the night.
