Miller Homes already has properties on the market at Privas Court in Wetherby, with sites at Eastburn, Apperley Bridge and Harrogate due to open later this year.

The work will bring the number of Miller properties across Yorkshire to 400, helping to alleviate the shortfall of homes in the region.

The firm is promoting its properties as part of the Home Builders Federation’s New Homes Week from May 16 to 22. The scheme aims to showcase housebuilding across the UK and promote the benefits of buying new.

Sales director Steve McElroy said: “A dedicated week to the benefits of new homes is a superb initiative and allows us, along with other house builders, to highlight what we do to make it a positive experience.”
