New homes' sales strong across the region

A housebuilder is celebrating strong house sales across its West Yorkshire region over the past year.

Barratt Developments Yorkshire West, that includes David Wilson Homes brands, is celebrating the success of its sales team, with reservations up 16 per cent like for like on the previous financial year.

Within the sales team, Emma Fitton-Cook has moved from sales progressor to sales manager, joining Stacey Berkeley, Dan Hardcastle, Gavin McCarthy and Paula Chamberlain as sales managers in the division.

Ian Ruthven, managing director at Barratt Developments’ Yorkshire West division, said: “We are overjoyed with another successful financial year and we have our determined and enthusiastic sales team to thank for this.

"We are seeing no signs of the housing market slowing, with buyers’ confidence remaining high.
