Leeds house sellers to get money back guarantee if they don't sell in trial Purplebricks scheme
House sellers in Leeds are to get a money back guarantee if they don't sell there home as part of a trial by Purple Bricks.
The money back garantee means customers they won’t pay any fees in the unlikely event that their house doesn’t sell.
With the money back guarantee, the tech-led estate agent will refund Leeds customers their full fee if they have not received a proceedable offer of at least 90 percent of their asking price, within ten months of the property going on the market.
Under the offer, customers would be refunded their £999 instruction fee plus their £300 ‘Assisted Viewing’ fee, if they also opted for Purplebricks accompanied viewings.
