Leeds estate agent is a force for good!

Leeds Force Basketball Club is the latest community based group to benefit from the generous support of leading estate agent Manning Stainton.

The company’s Headingley branch was only too pleased to help when the club approached them about funding a brand new kit for their under 14 and 16 girls’ teams who play in the Basketball England Junior National League, and are currently among the top eight teams in the country.

Branch manager Stevie Sawiuk said: ‘We had no hesitation in donating to help the teams buy a new strip.

“As a company we are very keen to support the community in which we operate and in turn acknowledge the vital role clubs like Leeds Force play in developing young sporting talent.’

Mark Gunn, Community Development Manager at Leeds Force says the support of local businesses is extremely important to the long term growth and sustainability of the club. He said: ‘We are committed to the advancement of basketball on a local, regional and national level.

“This can only be achieved with the help of community spirited companies like Manning Stainton.”

The Headingley branch of Manning Stainton is open seven days a week and the team is ready to take customer calls from 8am – 8pm every day.

Manning Stainton has sales and lettings offices across Leeds and also in Harrogate, Wetherby and Wakefield.

Earlier this year the company won a major industry award at a glittering ceremony at The Lancaster Hotel in London.

Manning Stainton collected the gold award in the category ‘Best Medium Estate Agency in the North of England’ at Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2015.
