A 'Pup Up' dachshund cafe just for sausage dogs is coming to Leeds - how to buy tickets

Dozens of sausage dogs will descend in Leeds when a pop-up dog cafe returns to the city centre.

Up to 200 dachshunds will arrive when the event takes place on March 14, at Duke Studios on Sheaf Street.

Activities will include doggy ball pits, best-dressed competitions and local pooch businesses will be selling their goods.

There will also be free treats and 'puppuccinos' for the dogs.

Dachshunds - or sausage dogs - with their trademark long bodies and short legs, have risen in popularity over the last decade and are now among the most sought-after, talked-about breeds in the country.

Within the last year, they have hosted over 35 events and this will be their second event in Leeds.

Time slots to attend are between 10am-4pm which are allocated with the tickets.

Tickets cost £8 for dog owners and £12 for non dog owners.
