New street food flavours arrive at Trinity Leeds for Autumn

A tantalising selection of new street food vendors have arrived at Trinity Kitchen, offering an array of exotic flavours to enjoy during the autumn season.

Mendez Cuba, Drama Bites and Let's Go Wild Boar have taken up residency at the popular eatery for six weeks, alongside returning vendors The Steak Out, Tikk's Thai and Thai Khrim.

New to Trinity Kitchen, Mendez Cuba is bringing authentic Cuban cuisine to the city, boasting a menu created using 80-year-old recipes taken directly from the streets of Havana.

The tasty creations have been passed down through the generations, providing diners a unique taste of island paradise.

Drama Bites is dishing up a 100% vegan Punjabi menu, including veggie samosas, Aloo Tikki and gluten-free pakoras, which is sure to excite the taste buds of all Indian food lovers.

Let's Go Wild Boar will be offering meat eaters a selection of mouth-watering dishes to tuck into, including pulled pork boar burgers and succulent boar sandwiches, loaded with a range of toppings.

Returning favourites

Meat fans will also be pleased at the return of Steak Out, which will be serving its epic 28-day matured steak sandwiches, ranging from The Texan with BBQ sauce and smoked bacon, to The Eiffel, complete with garlic mayonnaise and crispy onions.

Diners can also create their own fully loaded fries, adding their choice of topping for the ultimate feast.

Award-winning Tikk's Thai Kitchen is also returning following popular demand.

Showcasing Southern Thai street food at its best, the Yorkshire-based vendor will be featuring its famous dishes including crispy prawns, chicken satay skewers and beef massaman curry, with a crisp Singha beer to wash it down.

Equally popular Thai Khrim will also be staying for another term, offering diners a sweet treat with its fresh, hand-crafted Thai ice cream served with lashings of toppings.

Commenting on the latest street food offering, Dan Wharton, marketing manager at Trinity Leeds, said: "We always get excited when there is a new changeover at Trinity Kitchen and this time we are delighted to welcome Mendez Cuba, Drama Bites and Let's Go Wild Boar to our unique venue, along with some old favourites.

"As the weather starts to get colder and the night's become longer, we hope our latest offering provides a little warmth to shopper's taste-buds this autumn."

The new arrivals will be at Trinity Kitchen until October 21, trading alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Chip + Fish, Duck 'n Roll, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla and Absurd Bird.
