Harvey Nichols (or Holly Nichols as City Buzz reported this week that the upmarket department store is being known as this month) is doing a three course meal with bottomless prosecco in the Fourth Floor Brasserie.

Dishes include pork fillet with barley, apple, fennel, pak choi and bacon jam and decadent desserts such as chocolate pecan brownie with salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream or apple and honey cheesecake with a side order of fizz for 90 minutes.

The brunch is part of an overhaul of the food and drink offering at Harvey Nichols in Leeds which includes a new brasserie menu and something that will catch the attention of the wine connoisseurs to celebrate the first birthday of The Bottle Room.

Enter Coravin. With patented Wine Access Technology, it allows a wine bottle to be poured without removing the cork, which preserves the wine left in the bottle after you’ve poured a glass or two and a range of Harvey Nicks’ finest has been selected to try.
