With forced rhubarb season upon us, there's a whole host of exciting Yorkshire products to try to make the most of it.

Force grown in the darkness of the low wooden sheds of Yorkshire's rhubarb triangle, and harvested by candlelight, the plant is considered a real delicacy and remains in season until late march.
