The Trust said Bradford Royal Infirmary's emergency department is "exceptionally busy" and told residents to only attend in an emergency.
The Trust tweeted: "Our A&E unit is currently very busy. Please only attend @aedbthft for emergencies.
"For all other problems please contact NHS 111, your GP or visit your local pharmacy. Thank you."
