Leeds mum starts cancer treatment abroad after flood of donations
Critical care nurse Rachel Carrack, originally from Guiseley and now living in Baildon, fought the disease two years ago and went on found charity Love Hope Trust which helped six others pay for treatment abroad.
But now, after being told her cancer has returned, the family of the 35-year-old mum-of-two set up a GoFundMe crowdfunding page to raise £60,000 for treatment at a clinic in Germany.

“All you wonderful people have made this possible, thank you so much,” said her sister Louise Bennett in updates on the Crowdfunding page.
“Absolutely amazing! We are completely overwhelmed by your generosity. But we still need another £10,000 to make sure Rachel can get all the treatments she needs.”
