The data is published every day and reflects the latest reporting period which is 5pm the day before publication.

There has been a total of 2,690 Covid-19 deaths in hospitals across the region.

In England, a further 88 people, who tested positive for coronavirus have died.

The total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England is now 27,707.

Patients were aged between 43 and 102 years old.

Three patients (aged between 53 and 87) had no known underlying health conditions.
