Location of every coronavirus death in Yorkshire as figure rises by 22

The increase takes the total to 2,307 for the region.

Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust revealed yesterday that 515 patients who had been diagnosed with coronavirus have now been discharged.

The Trust tweeted: "Thanks to the care and dedication of our teams, these patients are now back with their loved ones to continue their recovery. #TheLeedsWay"

Many Leeds residents took to social media to thank the NHS staff at the hospitals for their incredible work.

One said: "Brilliant to hear a bit of good news in these dark times."
