Anyone who donated over £5 was entered into a live competition, with the chance to win some big prizes including a BMW for a week, a VIP backstage pass to Made in Leeds festival, tickets from Danny Bond, Tom Zanetti and a prize from Ibiza Rocks.

Rickie said: "It’s been a full time job for me and my girlfriend for the past 10 days, we’ve had a couple of almost sleepless nights working up to 20 hour days to organise the fundraiser.

"But it’s so worth it, it’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done.

"We had awesome feedback from NHS and keyworkers and an unbelievable amount of interaction."
