Three people died on Tuesday, March 31.

One person died on Friday, March 27 and one person died on Sunday, March 29.

Across Yorkshire, it has been confirmed that 38 people have died.

Four people died at hospitals under the Airdale NHS Foundation Trust. Two people died on Monday 30 and two people on Tuesday 31.

Two people died in Bradford hospitals on Sunday 29 and one person died on Tuesday 31.

Three people died in Doncaster hospitals - one person on Monday 23, one person on Saturday 28 and and one person on Monday 30.

Two people died in Harrogate hospitals on Sunday 29 and Tuesday 31.

Two people died in Hull hospitals on Saturday 28 and Tuesday 31.

In Wakefield, Pontefract and Dewsbury, seven people have died. One person died on Sunday 29, three people died on Monday 30 and three people died on Tuesday 31.

At hospitals under the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation trust, three people have died. One person died on Sunday 29 and two people died on Tuesday 31.

One person has died at Sheffield hospitals on Monday 30.

At hospitals in the South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust four people have died. Three people died on Monday 30 and one person died on Tuesday 31.

In Rotherham hospitals one person died on Monday 30.

In York hospitals, three people have died. One person died on Friday 27, one person died on Monday 30 and one person died on Tuesday 31.

In the UK, 486 have died after testing positive for Covid-19.

This brings the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 2,137.

Patients were aged between 13 and 99 years old. 20 of the 486 patients (aged between 13 and 93 years old) had no known underlying health condition.

Their families have been informed.

Public Health England stated: "These daily statements comprise the number of deaths which have been reported by trusts and verified in the 24 hours prior to 5pm the previous day."
