Leeds school forced to close for deep clean following advice from Public Health England

Broadgate Primary School in Horsforth was meant to open for the pupil's final day of school before the Coronavirus closures.

However, it had to close prematurely for the clean.

"Once this has been completed, the school will reopen for vulnerable learners and the children of keyworkers as specified by the government.”

Schools have closed to the majority of pupils today.

Children of 'key workers' will still go to school to allow their parents to continue work.

They are open only for those who "absolutely need" to attend.
