Embrace the chill after the recent spring like sunshine as a new bar coming to Leeds gets super cool.

For one day only, on Saturday February 23, The Light on The Headrow will play host to an exclusive ice bar, ‘Ice At the Light’, selling tasty winter-themed cocktails, including a Milkybar Snowball. All of the eye-catching beverages will be served by the Yorkshire Bartender, with two-for-one offers across the extensive menu.

The ice bar will be situated on the courtyard area of the centre and is open from 2pm until 11pm on Saturday. A DJ will be bringing the latest ‘cool’ vibes from 2pm to 7pm, and at 8pm a live sax musician will be setting the mood with some smooth, chilled jazz music.

Stephanie James, marketing manager at The Light, said: “Following the success of our Magical Maze event at Christmas time, we wanted to hold an exciting event for adults, tapping into the return of the annual Ice Cube at Millennium Square.

“We can’t wait to welcome everyone to the event and give people a good excuse to get out of the cold and enjoy a themed cocktail or two.”
