Leeds-based CPP said it was actively recruiting for a significant number of senior and junior roles, several of which have been newly created after structural changes to the business development and operational teams. Available positions currently include those of Product Executive and Project and Change Executive, with more opportunities set to be announced in the coming weeks.

However a CPP spokesperson was unable to give a definitive number in terms of how many people would be hired into its UK operations. In a recent report listed on Companies House the firm’s headcount was listed as 1,800 but it did not specify how many of these were based in Leeds, as CPP operates on a global basis.

He said: “These expansion plans are the natural next step for CPP Group UK after the growth we saw across the business last year. Our agenda for 2021 is just as ambitious, encompassing new product launches and exciting initiatives. We are therefore looking to enrich our team with individuals who can execute this change programme and help to further enhance our proposition.

“It’s important for us to build a team structure that gives room to support growth. Ever since the UK division of the PLC was re-launched, we’ve been establishing our reputation as the go-to ancillary products and services provider.

“This means that we have numerous opportunities across a range of departments, all of which are location agnostic and allow for home-working.”
