Executive search firm Charlton Morris moves to new city offices in Leeds

Executive search firm Charlton Morris is the latest business to sign up to city centre offices which are undergoing a £6.5m refurbishment.

The company is taking the third floor of 34 Boar Lane in Leeds after relocating from its current 3,846 sq ft offices on Park Row.

The rent for the 9,850 sq ft of office space is £32 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.

The 57,000 sq ft building, with 46,000 sq ft of office space over five floors, is located immediately opposite the railway station in the heart of the city’s professional and retail quarters.

Street food specialist Mowgli is leasing 3,000 sq ft of space on the ground floor.

The accommodation at 34 Boar Lane provides single desks for entrepreneurs, studios for small teams and full floors for large global companies with a programme of cultural events and even free electric bicycles for tenants to get around the city.
