Puttstars at Thorpe Park in Leeds reopens after lockdown closure

Going indoors and interactive, Puttstars has put measures in place to make sure golf fans can get their game in and keep COVID safe at the same time.

There are three interactive and fun filled nine-hole courses and scores are digitally calculated using high-tech screens at each hole, which are cleaned after each group has used them.

Scores are totted up as players make their way around the course and at the end of the game everyone is in with a chance of making it onto the top putters leader board.

With regards to safety, the centre has extensive cleaning and social distancing measures in place. Game booking slots will be appropriately limited to control capacity, and amusement machines as well as bar and dining seating will be spaced out, with signage visible throughout the venue.

Guests are encouraged to pre-book their mini golf slot, and groups will be restricted to a maximum of six people. Customers will also be given the option of wearing disposable gloves.

As well as mini golf, customers at Puttstars can also refuel by enjoying a not-so-mini range of food and drinks, including pizzas, hotdogs, and shakes, all available from the bar and diner.

The centre also still has the amusement area with family-favourite games.
