Haggis, bagpipes and a 'toast to the lassies' - it's a Scottish tradition which travels (and translates) with astonishing ease.

Burns Night events may be off this year, but that doesn't mean you can't celebrate at home with some good food and a glass (or plenty) of Scottish whisky.

The event on Monday January 25 celebrates the birthday of Scotland's most famous poet, Robert Burns.

And one Leeds restaurant is offering a complete Burns Night supper which can be delivered straight to your door.

Easy Riders Kitchen, based in Tobacco Road, Cross Belgrave Street, has put together a Burns Night takeaway menu with some unusual twists.

The £30 takeaway boxes include deep fried balmoral chicken, a blend of herbs covering buttermilk chicken and haggis, Irn Bru pulled pork sandwiches, haggis bon bons and deep fried tatties.

The food can be washed down with two Scottish-themed tipples included in the box - and perhaps a bottle of your own Scottish whisky.
