Clockwise launches new city office space in Leeds

Workspace provider Clockwise has launched its newest office space in Leeds city centre, expanding its presence in the north of England.

Yorkshire House, which dates back to 1937, marks Clockwise’s seventh site across the UK.

Opening in phases over the coming year, the workspace will span six floors and 44,000 sq ft in total.

It will include office space, private desks and meeting rooms alongside breakout areas, club lounges, roof terraces and a cafe.

Alexandra Brunner, of Clockwise, said: “The city has been a central part of our growth strategy and we’re excited to open the doors to our new space.

“The collective experience of working from home over the last year has highlighted the need for more flexible working practices post-pandemic, but businesses still need central spaces that allow for productivity, collaboration and employee wellbeing.”
