Grade A+ office accommodation will be offered throughout, while a basement gym, cycle storage and electric car charging points will also be added.

Park Row is one of the principal business locations in Leeds, with occupiers including Pinsent Masons and The University of Law.

Paul Fairhurst, head of Savills Leeds, adds: “Upon completion of the refurbishment in late 2017, 7 Park Row will be one of the highest quality office buildings Leeds has to offer and a real striking addition to the cityscape as people arrive into the train station.

“The mix of smaller, creative-style floor plates and more traditional space means it will prove attractive to a wide range of occupier types.”
