“We had a number of parties interested in the Sirdar Business Park units and it was satisfying to get this one over the line, having worked with Sirdar Properties for many years.

"The estate has always generated plenty of interest, offering high quality space just a stone’s throw from the M1, and we now have only one new-to-market 18,000 sq ft unit available.”

Sirdar Properties managing director Russell Morris said: “We’re really pleased to have partnered with the Eddisons letting team once again, securing another great Yorkshire company for Sirdar Business Park and bringing with it the very welcome prospect of new jobs for the area.”
