Rock-bottom Leicester and fifth-bottom Leeds have won just three games between them and Leeds are heading for the King Power having gone six games without a victory. Roca, though, says his side are "100 per cent convinced" that the winless run will soon be ended and that both the players and United's fans deserve a victory based on recent displays.

Jesse Marsch's team took on league leaders Arsenal at Eland Road on Sunday and created a host of good chances but fell to a 1-0 defeat to extend a barren recent run to just two points out of a last possible 18. Roca, though, issued an extremely confident and upbeat message ahead of tonight's Leicester visit, telling BBC Radio Leeds: "I think when you know that you are doing the right things and you trust your team and you trust what we are doing we don't feel the pressure.

"We know that we have to win, that we want to win and we know that we will achieve it. The points are coming, we are sure, we are 100 per cent convinced and we only need three points and when we have it it's gone. It's obvious that when you have six matches without a win you are a little bit disappointed or sometimes you have some doubts. But we have faith in what we are doing and I think it's coming very soon."Tonight's hosts Leicester finally bagged their first win of the new season at the eighth attempt when recording a 4-0 victory at home to Nottingham Forest at the start of this month but the Foxes have taken just one point in their two games since. A 2-1 defeat at Bournemouth was followed by a goalless draw at home to Crystal Palace and Brenden Rodgers' side dropped to the foot of the division on Tuesday evening after Forest took a 0-0 draw at Brighton. Roca expects both sides to attack this evening in a bid to take the maximum haul.

"I think it will be a good game," said the Spaniard. "They play at home, they are good at home, they will want three points and we want the three points. I think it will be an open game but we have to believe and trust in what we are doing. We have our plan, we have a very good squad, a very good team and we will put in everything that we have because we want the three points."

Reflecting on what his side can take from Sunday's display against the Gunners, Roca reasoned: "I think it was a good match for us. I think we did a good performance, we had a good plan, we were confident, we were good in the pressing and we were good on the ball. We could feel that our fans were next to us and what we want is to play on Thursday, to win three points and to enjoy it because we deserve the victory, we deserve the three points and our fans deserve it too."
