United's head coach has a wealth of options at his disposal ahead of the visit of the Tigers. The game could be useful minutes for those on the fringes of his squad while youngsters who have impressed in pre-season could also be handed opportunities too. We take a look at how and who could line-up for Leeds at Elland Road...
1. GK - Illan Meslier
More time between the sticks would be good for Illan Meslier's confidence after a good showing at Anfield - despite conceding four.
2. RB - Jamie Shackleton
Possibly a chance for Shackleton to get some match minutes under his belt in place of Luke Ayling. Could also slot into midfield, though.
3. CB - Pascal Struijk
Hard to know what Bielsa will do. He probably won't risk Liam Cooper, so more minutes for Struijk and Koch could be useful. Oli Casey and Charlie Cresswell are said to be impressing too.
4. CB - Robin Koch
Competitive minutes in Bielsa's system can't be overlooked - a good chance to continue his adjustment. His partner is up for debate. Could a youngster step up?
5. LB - Leif Davis/Barry Douglas
It wouldn't be a bad thing to see more of Leif Davis in the first team. Barry Douglas is another option if Gjanni Alioski plays further forward on the wing.
6. CDM - Kalvin Phillips
Might have to play, but Bielsa could always opt for Struijk here instead and choose a youngster in Casey or Cresswell at centre-back. One to watch.
