The project works with and supports women and girls with complex needs and troubled histories, delivering drop-ins and outreach sessions across the city, and running the Virtual Women’s Centre – an online directory detailing support and services available those who need them. The scheme has already reached over 2,000 women and girls in the past 12 months. A first birthday party was held at the city’s St George’s Conference Centre earlier this week.
