Have your say on Holbeck planning guidelines
People are being urged to have their say on the draft Holbeck Urban Village Supplementary Planning Document which aims to transform the area.
The consultation document will provide crucial information and guidance for planning officials when considering future development plans for the area.

Hide AdCouncillor Richard Lewis, Leeds City Council’s executive member for regeneration, transport and planning, said: “Holbeck Urban Village is a key part of the whole redevelopment of the Leeds South Bank, one of the biggest and most exciting development opportunities in Europe.
“Our vision for the Village is to create a vibrant, mixed-use development area, while also protecting its unique historic character.
“We want people to have their say on how this unique area develops and ensure its further regeneration and revitalisation.”
The new document will reflect changes to national and local planning policy and current market conditions.

Hide AdIt will replace the previous framework which was agreed in 2006 and extends the previous boundary for the area to include sites south of Sweet Street.
The consultation is due to end tomorrow.
