Police seize nuisance quad bike and illegal electric scooter in south Leeds operation

Officers patrolled Beeston and the surrounding areas on Tuesday evening as part of Operation Sparc, a crackdown on dangerous driving in Leeds.
An electric scooter was seized after it was found to have no insurance, road tax or MOT.

Hide AdPolice reported the rider for driving without due care or attention.
They later seized a quad bike for causing a nuisance.
In a statement released on social media, the Leeds South neighbourhood policing team said: "An electric scooter was seized by officers for no insurance, road tax or MOT.
"The scooter was also driving without due care and attention.
"A quad was also seized as part of Operation Sparc due to it causing a nuisance."
