Police have confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances after a body of a man was found in an area of trees next to junction 7 of the M621 in Leeds

At 8.04am today (Dec 2) police were called to a report of the body of man in an area of trees next to junction 7 of the M621 in Leeds.

The anti-clockwise exit slip road at Stourton was closed and a scene was put in place while enquiries were carried out.

There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Coroner, police said.

The slip road reopened shortly after 11.30pm.
