Leeds drug dealer jailed over £17,000 stash of ketamine and cannabis at his grandparents' house

Police arrested Christopher and Daniel Colley after they searched the property on February 6, 2019.
Leeds Crown Court heard Christopher was at home when officers went to the house and he was arrested.

Hide AdIan Cook, prosecuting, said ketamine with a street value of more that £13,000 and cannabis worth almost £5,000 was found in different areas of the property.
Smaller quantities of MDMA was also seized, along with cash, scales, cannabis grinders, mobile phones and two balaclavas.
Christopher was interviewed and denied knowing that drugs or cash was in the property.
Daniel claimed the drugs were for his own use.
Police were contacted on January 27 last year over reports of suspicious activity at a house on Robert Street, Harrogate.

Hide AdA vehicle was seen to pull up outside the property on 11 occasions in the same day.
CCTV camera footage of the area was checked and Christopher was seen placing something inside a fuse box.
The fuse box was found to contain over £700 in cash.
Officers arrested Christopher in the area and he was found in possession of wraps of heroin and cocaine.
Christopher, 31, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a class A drug with intent to supply, two counts of possession of a class B drug with intent to supply, one count of possessing a class A drug and two counts of possession of criminal property.

Hide AdKitty Colley, mitigating for Christopher, said he became involved in the offending after he built up a £6,000 debt with drug dealers when his own habit got out of control.
Ms Colley said her client had been issued with threats ordering him to sell drugs.
Mohammed Rafiq, for Daniel, said he had not been in trouble since being arrested.
Mr Rafiq said his client had set up his own window cleaning business and his partner is expecting a child.
Christopher was jailed for three years and ten months.
Daniel was given a ten-month sentence, suspended for 18 months. He was also ordered to do 180 hours of unpaid work.
