Bradford League: Lamb springs into action for T20 Challenge after late call-up
Lamb, the top-flight’s joint leading wicket taker with 15, has been drafted in after team-mate Jordan Thompson – 12th man for England in their first Test win over Sri Lanka at Headingley – was named in the Yorkshire side after originally being picked by the league’s team manager Paul Hutchison.
Yorkshire will be led by county captain Andrew Gale, with the game forming part of his benefit year.

Ali smashed six sixes in an over for Bradford & Bingley in the recent Priestley Cup first-round tie, while Khan hit a stunning 121 not out in Lightcliffe’s fine victory over Hanging Heaton on May 14.
Khan is one of five survivors from the side which faced the Vikings in last year’s face-off, with skipper Gary Fellows, Callum Geldart, Curtis Free and James Wainman being the others.
