A LEEDS City Council report has revealed concerns about a gang of troublemaking youths using the former Halton Moor pub building as a base for their activities.
Detailing the problems at the building, which stands on Rathmell Road and is currently vacant, the outer east community committee report says: “Youths have been causing a nuisance [and] anti-social behaviour around and beyond the Halton Moor Public House.
“This has led to ongoing problems including buses being damaged [and] stones being thrown at vehicles.”
The report also says that a meeting has been requested with the site owners to try to agree a sale.
