Sarah Myers said on Facebook: “Interesting how Meghan and Harry voiced their distress at the behaviour of the British media. Whichever side of the fence you are on, you can't deny the media overkill on the matter.”

Hide AdThe Royal Family has now issued a statement in response to the interview, which had a number of damning accusations including racism and the removal of Harry, Archie and Meghan’s security.
Linda Michelle Harker commented: “I think they have done enough damage and should stay quiet now!”
The race issues raised by Harry and Meghan Markle in their interview with Oprah Winfrey are "concerning" and “will be addressed by the family privately”, Buckingham Palace said in a statement.
The Royal family statement also said that the Queen is “saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan”.

Hide AdKaren Webster said: “The Royal family could have earned themselves multiple ‘brownie points’ here (no pun intended) by accepting her regardless of her race ... the UK and the world is working hard to create racial equality. This was the perfect time to change and encourage change. I was always a royalist but am now having second thoughts on the whole shebang!”
“Yes [the Royal Family should be quiet] - stop airing dirty laundry in public,” wrote Sally Elizabeth.
Stephanie Whitehead wrote: “I hope the Royal Family say NOTHING - and treat all the remarks from this whinging pair with the contempt they deserve.”
Prince Phillip is currently in hospital after undergoing an operation from a heart condition. In the interview, Meghan and Harry said they called The Queen to check in as soon as they heard the news.
