We all love our city but there’s always room for improvement. So, here are six suggestions which would improve all our lives. Neil Hudson asks whether Leeds needs to think bigger.

Sadly, it never happened because the council either didn’t have the money or the political will at the time. In retrospect it was a huge missed opportunity, especially judging by the congestion on today’s roads.

So, while Londoners have the Tube and the Government sees fit to spend £15bn on Crossrail, perhaps it’s time to think deep.
