Rick Poppa: Roundhay Park. The tennis courts, park run, cricketers on Soldiers field - this place has it all!

Matthew Anderson: Otley Chevin climb. I was racing up there with Alastair (Brownlee) yesterday! haha

Debbie Ayres: Idle, Bradford. It’s not Leeds but I met the lovely Vicky Holland (triathlete) this morning.

John White: PureGym is the best place where you can get fit. That’s how Olympians do it - not that I can claim to being as fit as them!

Gemma D: Roundhay Park has it all. I go there regularly to run and try and stay fit.

Sally Hart: The best place is my back garden. I can do everything there - and it’s free of charge!

Bill Johnson: I play tennis regularly and find that helps a lot.

Danny Gunn: Leeds has loads of places. Parks to run, gyms to train and plenty of sports facilities on offer. I play five-a-side football and also hit the gym twice a week.

Ethan Knowles: Roundhay Park is decent for runs. It’s also got tennis courts which are good.

Mike Watson: Kirkstall Leisure Centre provides everything for a relatively cheap price.

Dean Wilson: There’s loads of parks in Leeds - no excuses!
