Staff saddle up for Leeds canal bike ride

Have your say

A dozen staff from a Leeds motor dealership saddled up for a 225km bike ride in aid of sick, disabled and disadvantaged children in West Yorkshire.

The group, from Sytner Volkswagen Leeds, cycled along the Leeds-Liverpool Canal route to raise over £2,000 for the Cash For Kids charity.

Brand manager John Steele said: “The ride took us two days to complete and was a real challenge for most of us. There were a few saddle-sore people coming back into the dealership on the Monday, that’s for sure!”
