TWO ROOFTOP restaurants in Leeds are supporting the YEP-backed StreetSmart campaign for the first time.
Angelica and Crafthouse at Trinity Leeds are asking customers to add £1 to their bill to help several homeless charities in Leeds.
Sponsor Deutsche Bank is the financial backing behind StreetSmart and helps ensure each £1 given goes to local causes.
Louise Campbell, general manager at Angelica and Crafthouse, said: “It’s a really worthwhile cause that allows us to support those less fortunate.”
A Christmas Jumper Day was held by staff, including barman Matt Francomb, to raise cash.
Dozens of other restaurants are taking part in the StreetSmart scheme this year.
