It’s officially held on Monday so here are some of the best peanut-based treats in Leeds to get your tastebuds tingling.

Red’s True BBQ’s chocolate peanut butter cheesecake has a dark chocolate biscuit base and is covered with milk chocolate fudge. At £4.95, it’s a slice of heaven on a plate.

If the cheesecake isn’t enough, wash it down with a Howdy Doody Shake, which is made with peanut butter and fresh banana for £4.50.

The Bourbon and Butter cocktail at The Pit involves Buffalo Trace Bourbon, which is stirred and then shaken with peanut butter, chocolate, hazelnut and caramel liqueurs.
