Injustice may still be lingering in Bradford City's nostrils following their Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat to Leeds, but defender Mark Bower insists they must put it to the back of their minds and concentrate on the real business.
That's the bread-and-butter of League Two and promotion, with title favourites City visiting Port Vale tomorrow, managed by old boy and ex-Farsley boss Lee Sinnott.

The Midlander is a playing contemporary of Bantams boss Stuart McCall, with the pa
ir joining forces during the club's golden era under Terry Dolan in the mid to late 80s.

McCall, angry at conceding a controversial penalty and seeing a goal disallowed at Leeds, is expected to recall strikers Peter Thorne and Michael Boulding, along with midfielder Lee Bullock, with Paul Arnison battling it out for the right-back berth with Thomas Moncur, who started at Elland Road.

Bower, who started in place of injured Matt Clarke at Leeds, said: "We were disappointed.

"But we feel we gave a good account of ourselves and will put that behind us and look forward to Port Vale. That's the main focus and making sure we get out of this division.

"They've got a good young manager in Lee, who did really well at Farsley and took them up a few divisions.

"I know he's made big changes from the side that struggled last season, they've started reasonably well and had a good result last weekend.

"It will be a difficult test for us."
