Have your say

Get your lightsaber at the ready - Rogue One: A Star Wars Story hits the big screen this week and we have tickets for you to win to be amongst the first in the galaxy to see it.

We have the last tickets for the sold out 'midnight' screenings in IMAX 3D and 4DX - the all immersive theatre with motion seats and atmospheric effects - at Cineworld Sheffield.

And if you are not a night owl you can win tickets to see it at the venue on the day, time and format of your choice, other than VIP and subject to availability.

Rogue One, from Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, is the first of a thrilling new series of stand-alone Star Wars spin-off films

Taking place shortly before the events of the original 1977 classic Episode IV: A New Hope, Rogue One charts the desperate resistance mission to seize plans for the terrifying Death Star.

It is a period of civil war. The Galactic Empire rules the galaxy, and are putting the finishing touches to their ultimate super-weapon, the Death Star. The Rebellion plan to steal the its plans in order to detect a weak spot in which to destroy it. They recruit Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) to work with Rebel fighter Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) and a team to undertake the deadly mission.

Under the visually stunning direction of Godzilla and Monsters filmmaker Gareth Edwards, a terrific international cast prepares to launch into a whole-new galaxy of excitement.

It will be shown at the Valley Centertainment venue in IMAX 3D, 4DX, standard 3D, traditional 2D, as well as VIP 3D and VIP 2D, which includes electronic reclining plush seats, food and soft drinks, with paid bar facility.

Tickets are in huge demand and may break box office records, with the venue staying open around the clock for almost three days to show it non stop from release at five minutes past midnight on Thursday, December 15.

Around 5,000 fans have already pre-booked for the first simultaneous showings, on eight screens, selling out many of the theatres. Check for availability at www.cineworld.co.uk/cinemas/sheffield
We have two pairs of IMAX 3D and two pairs of 4DX tickets to be won for those first 'midnight' sold out screenings.

Or you can try to win one of 10 pairs of tickets to see the film after the official opening at the venue on the day, time and in the screen format of your choice, other than VIP and subject to availability.
