leeds Chef Michael O’Hare is set to whip up a storm in the kitchen on national television.

The chef - who is the man behind The Man Behind The Curtain- will feature in BBC2’s Great British Menu next week, where he’ll be competing in the North East heats.

The news comes as he prepares to take over the popular MeatLiquor restaurant in the city centre for one night only on Sunday, September 20.

He is set to cook up a set menu which includes octopus chips, braised ox cheek Sloppy Joe and Mongolian lamb belly.
