The group, who scored a string of top 10 hits in the 1970s with songs such as This Town Ain’t Big Enough For The Both of Us, The Number One Song in Heaven and Beat The Clock, are to play at the O2 Academy Leeds on May 23.

It’s one of only three dates that brothers Ron and Russell Mael will be playing in the UK and comes on the back of the success of their album Hippopotamus, which reached the top 10 last year and featured in many critics’ lists of the best records of 2017.
