Video: Northern Ballet’s Cleopatra back in Leeds

Since Cleopatra premiered in Leeds in February 2011 it has toured extensively throughout the UK and been seen by more than 54,000 people, generating more than 
£1 million at the box office.

Now the production is to return to the city – for a limited period only.

Northern Ballet brings the remarkable story of one of the world’s best-known icons back to the stage at Leeds Grand Theatre from today, lasting until Saturday March 2014.

Cleopatra is choreo-graphed by Artistic Director David Nixon OBE to a score by celebrated Golden Globe and Academy Award nominated composer Claude-Michel Schönberg, best known across the world for Les Misérables.
