LEEDS INDIE rockers Kaiser Chiefs have revealed who is filling the drum stool left vacant by the surprise departure of founder member Nick Hodgson.
Vijay Mistry, from Yorkshire band Club Smith, will be picking up the sticks for the Kaisers during live dates this year.
In a statement posted on their website, Club Smith said they wished their pal all the best.
Hodgson quit the Kaisers in December, saying he wanted to pursue new challenges.
His old band will set out on a UK tour in Carlisle on Monday and play Leeds Arena in September.
