A nursery for hospital staff has been given a glowing report by education watchdogs.

Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted), following a recent inspection.
* Click here for latest Wakefield news.The nursery caters for around 130 children of staff at Mid Yorkshire hospitals as well as NHS Wakefield District and South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Arlene Wills, childcare and carers support manager, said: "It's great to have official confirmation that the childcare services we provide for staff at Abacus are of the highest possible quality."
Samantha Orange, Abacus nursery manager said: "The nursery team and I are really happy with our rating which is testimony to all our hard work and commitment.
"We're really proud of the service we provide and agree with the inspector who said herself that she would like to stay and play as it's such a lovely place!"
