Andy Murray and Ross Hutchins advanced to the second round of the men's doubles at the US Open last night.
The unseeded British pair defeated Thai twin brothers Sanchai and Sonchat Ratiwatana 6-3 1-6 6-4 at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

Hutchins, 23, last played doubles with British number one Murray in Barcelona on clay at the end of April when they won just one match together before going out to Kevin Ullyett and Jeff Coetzee in the round of 16, where they could face top seeds Daniel Nestor and Nenad Zimonjic.
