Andy Murray is relishing his return to Arthur Ashe Stadium for tomorrow's US Open semi-final with world number one Rafael Nadal.
British number one and sixth seed Murray will be making his third straight appearance on the main show court and is proving a popular figure with spectators.

"I think they enjoy my game style," Murray said of the US Open fans. "I think it's a bit different to how a lot of the guys play nowadays and I think they just enjoy the way I play and show emotion on the court."

Nadal knocked out American Mardy Fish in the early hours of yesterday morning.

Meanwhile, Novak Djokovic apologised for his verbal attack on Andy Roddick in the wake of his 6-2 6-3 3-6 7-6 (7/5) quarter-final victory claiming he had misunderstood the American's comments that he had "faked" injuries.

Djokovic will now play Roger Federer, who advanced to the semi-finals with a 7-6 (7/5) 6-4 7-6 (7/5) victory over Gilles Muller of Luxembourg.
